April Cushman is an award winning, multi-genre songwriter who has written songs for artists in the pop, country, bluegrass, CCM, and gospel space. The Lord called her to share her testimony through music in 2021 and in April 2023, Cushman released her debut album “Deep Waters”, telling her story of pain, loss and God’s steadfast love and faithfulness in every step. April’s music ministry is a megaphone of God’s goodness in the face of tragedy. She released a collab of her song “Stacking Stones” with CCM Artist, Brandon Heath in Summer 2024. April spends her days writing songs of praise and is passionate about connecting with the church and believers whose desire is to lift up and describe the character and nature of the King of Kings. April is a wife, mother of 3 kids and resides in Nashville, TN.
